We have given the front of learn.gold a tidy up.
Let us know what you think.

Thanks Anthony and Helen. We hadn't anticipated that people were using learn.gold to access Webmail, but now we know!

We've duly reinstated a link to Webmail, in the right-hand sidebar block 'Goldsmiths Links'. See it?

Please keep the feedback coming via the learn.gold News Forum because that's a good way to avoid duplication. But when we respond, we'll do so individually so as to avoid inbox overload for subscribers. I'll do periodic summaries of changes if many are suggested.

Thanks again,

Mira

I miss your notice board posts at the front page. We could always expect something unexpected and most times interesting...

It does looks cleaner in some ways - will take a while to get used to - BUT - it was useful to have the news forum feed on the front page - I don't think I am alone in saying that I am less likely to check out the forum when I don't see on the front page what your have been talking about, whereas the few lines showing the latest posting were often interesting enough to involve me - we are so lazy now, one click seems a lot!!

It was very useful to have the news feed on the front page. I used to log in and become sidetracked by the latest thread. Sadly that no longer happens.
