Panopto are currently looking into an issue with the search component of their EU cloud hosting:

Current Status: Service Disruption

Affected Infrastructure Components: Search

Locations: Europe (EU)

Update:

We are investigating elevated error rates in search indexing.

Our cloud operations team is investigating the issue.

Panopto have sent us the following update:

We have identified a performance problem with the search index. As a temporary mitigation, we have redirected live search traffic to a secondary index. Results may be incomplete during this temporary mitigation while we continue to investigate.
