Students: can't find your modules?
Don't worry, they may be hidden until the start of term. Staff unhide them when they're ready. If you think your modules are missing when teaching starts, ask your Departmental admin teams (TaLIC can't help with this).
Everyone: missing announcements?
We've been informed that learn.gold announcements were going into the 'Clutter' folder in Outlook. IT&IS have amended the Office 365 email system to prevent this from happening in future. Please check your Clutter folder and drag anything important back into your inbox. (IT&IS Service desk can help you with this: www.gold.ac.uk/it/email/)
