I am writing to let you know that some customers are experiencing problems with access to email using Outlook. Goldmail is unaffected and we recommend that you use this route to access your email for the time being.
We are working with suppliers to rectify the issue as quickly as possible; at present we do not have a root cause or an estimated time when services will be restored. We will be in touch with an update later this morning.
We apologise for the obvious disruption caused by this unplanned interruption.
