There was an intermittent problem with grades disappearing in Turnitin for anonymous submissions. The grades disappeared at the post date.
We believe this is now resolved. If you encounter this in your course, please ask your tutor to let GLEU know at tel.gleu@gold.ac.uk and we will raise the matter with Turnitin and get the grades reinstated.
