Hi David,

The instructions I outlined earlier on this discussion thread are for if:

1. You are a student who is about to leave Goldsmiths (and therefore lose your IT Services login)
   
2. And you've been using Mahara and want to save your work

Hopefully you'd know if you'd been using Mahara - it looks a bit like Facebook, has a little Mahara logo at the top, and you enter it via the front page of learn.gold.
