Here is a message from ITDS regarding a Printing with ID card issue.
Some new students are unable to use their ID cards to print from the open-access printers, which means they have to enter their username and password every time they need to print. This is due to a technical issue with a recent batch of ID cards,
We apologise for any inconvenience this is causing. and we are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
