The College has launched a new and improved IT Service Desk portal. From 9am today (Monday 25 July), you can log into the new online portal to get support with an IT issue or question. The new portal offers a range of improved features, including an easy-to-use system for logging and tracking support tickets. The site also shares solutions to a range of common IT questions, for example how to connect to a printer on campus. This may help some students to find the answer to their question without having to raise a support ticket.
