Learn.gold will be unavailable from 9AM Saturday 2 July to 9AM Sunday 3 July. This downtime is to allow Single Sign On (SSO) to be added.
From 3 July 2022, the way you sign-in to learn.gold will change: you will use the Goldsmiths sign in page, rather than the Learn.gold sign-in page.
Enter your username and password as usual when prompted.
Your username should be in the long form, for example pbear999@campus.goldsmiths.ac.uk
If you're already signed in to Outlook, or Library Reading lists, then you will automatically be signed into learn.gold.
If you have issues signing in after 3 July, please contact the IT&IS Service desk at gold.ac.uk/it/
As part of the process, a new policy to remove redundant learn.gold accounts will be implemented. Both staff and student user accounts that have been disabled for more than 18 months will be deleted.
