Staff, if you cannot access learn.gold while connected to the Pulse Secure VPN, please log a ticket with the IT&IS Service Desk.

PDF annotation
IT&IS are aware of an intermittent issue with the PDF annotation function.

If you are grading in learn.gold using the onscreen 'annotate PDF' facility and the document fails to load, during office hours email tel@gold.ac.uk and TaLIC will escalate it with IT&IS. Out of hours please log a ticket with the IT&IS Service Desk.

If you don't use 'annotate PDF' you can turn it off within the assignment settings.
