Trouble logging in?
New user on learn.gold? Haven't been on here for a while? Can't quite remember what your username and password is?At enrolment you should have been given a GOLDSMITHS USERNAME AND PASSWORD. The username should look something like this: an801xy for students, where an stands for your department (in this case: anthropology), 801 refers to your start date (i.e. 2008) and "xy" are your initials. Just enter this username and password to obtain access to learn.gold and to open access machines on campus and also your email, which can be accessed online at this address: http://webmail.gold.ac.uk/.
Add "@gold.ac.uk" to this username and that's your email address. That's the one people should address messages to!
If you forget your password, then you must go to the IT Services HELPDESK on the ground floor of the library building IN PERSON. Passwords will never be handed out over the phone or by email. Once you've been given a new password, you should change it. You do this online here:
