Students - trouble logging into learn.gold?

It's important for you to 'enrol in' (learn.gold jargon for 'register yourself on') your learn.gold course areas at the earliest opportunity. Your tutor(s) will tell you how to find your area(s), but if you have trouble logging in, try the following:
  1. Your username is the first part of your Goldsmiths email address and looks a bit like this: ex011mv
  2. Try logging into your Goldsmiths email (e.g. http://webmail.gold.ac.uk) using your IT Services username and password (you would normally have received this when you went through Registration).
  • If you can do this, that means you have a valid username and password for learn.gold.
  • If you can't, then check that you are typing accurately and that you don't have capslock on. 
  • If you still can't log in, then go with your Student Card to IT Services Helpdesk on the ground floor of the Rutherford Building (Library) and they will help you.
Then try learn.gold again by logging in at https://azgold01a0101.gold.cdl.cosector.com with the same username and password.If you are still having problems, contact celt@gold.ac.uk from your Goldsmiths email account (always use Goldsmiths email to contact Goldsmiths). Tell us your name, where you are trying to get to in learn.gold, and give us as much detail as possible about what happens when you try.
And then we will spring into action to resolve your problem.
