My Computer My Way
Ability Net has produced a series of guides with step-by-step instructions on how to adapt your phone, computer or tablet to meet your needs. You can search for a specific need (e.g. making text larger) or filter the guides based on your symptoms (e.g. hand tremor) or disability (e.g. dyslexia). Visit My Computer My Way.
Ease of Access
Microsoft Ease of Access can be used to adjust your Windows settings, such as enlarging all of parts of the display (Magnifier), adjusting colour contrast (High Contrast), Text or visual alternatives to sounds, an on-screen keyboard and hear text read aloud (Narrator).
The Ease of Access Centre can be found by searching the Start menu (enter ease in the search box). Alternatively, use the keyboard shortcut Windows button + U to access it.
